Troubleshooting

Problem
The appliance will
not start.
The appliance does
not warm up.
The rotating dish
makes a loud noise
when it turns.

Possible cause
The mains plug is not
properly inserted.
The fuse is blown or
the power interrupter
has tripped.
The socket is defective.
The door is not closed. Close the door.
The roller ring or the
floor of the oven is
dirty.
Solution
Pull out the plug, wait 10
seconds and then plug it
back in again.
Replace the fuse or reset the
power interrupter (contact
our service centre to do
this).
Check the socket by
plugging in another
appliance.
Clean the appliance.
