II. Important Safeguard
Please read this chapter carefully before use
1. Read all instructions and make clear everything in this manual before use.
2. Always keep the regulator, regulator vent pipe, safety valve, sealing ring, lid
and cooker body free of greasy dirt and residue.
3. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
4. Close supervision is necessary when the pressure cooker is used near children.
Pressure cookers are only intended for adults.
5. Heat up the cooker by re from the cooker bottom. Other methods are not allowed.
6. Use the pressure cooker once you are sure it is closed correctly.
7. Extreme caution must be taken when moving a pressure cooker with pressure inside.
Do not knock, shake, etc.
8. Pressure cookers are intended for domestic use, as for steaming and cook food. Do not
use pressure cookers to fry or bake food.
9. This appliance cooks under pressure. Improper use may result in scalding injury.

10. Be aware that in atable foods, such as apple sauce, cranberries, pearl barley, oatmeal,
after cooking can foam, froth, and, sputter, and clog the pressure release device.
11. Substance such as baking soda, too much
vegetable oil and alcohol cannot be
cooked with pressure cooker.
12. After cooking meat with a skin (e.g. ox tongue) which may swell under the e ect of
pressure, do not prick the meat while the skin is swollen; you might be scalded.
13. When cooking doughy food, gently shake the cooker before opening the lid to avoid
food ejection.
14. Use pressure cooker only on range placed on steady level. Flames should not exceed
the plan wall. It's not for strong re.
15. Pressure cooker should be put evenly on the range. When cooking on an electrical
stove, make sure the range is smaller than the cooker bottom. When cooking on gas
stove, make sure no ame on the side body.
