The appliance must be connected to an equipotential system. The connection screw is positioned on the
rear part of the appliance and is distinguished by the symbol

Before using the appliance for the first time it must be thoroughly cleaned, above all, the tub (see the paragraph
"Cleaning and maintenance").
Check the connection of the appliance and then start it following the instructions.

Open the dripping pan only when the appliance is cold.
Grills are appliances for cooking meat, frankfurters, sausage, fish, vegetables, etc.
Check that the drip tray is in place. Turn on the switch placed upstream from the appliance. In the CW-
62ET model there is the possibility of using half of the grid or of making the two parts function
simultaneously at different temperatures. Turn knob A from "O" up to the desired position between 50 and
300°C. Pilot lights C and D turn on.
Pilot light D indicates that the appliance is live. The lighting of pilot lamp C indicates the functioning of the
heating element. When it turns off the temperture has been reached. To turn off the appliance put knob A
back to position 0.
When the appliance is in use it is recommended to clean the grill and remove any food particles with the
special spatula.
