Introduction
The GSM Module allows you to receive operational and security alerts directly from your
Robomow to your mobile device, anywhere in the world. In addition, subject to your approval,
the GSM Module is capable of collecting technical data about your Robomow and sending it to a
centralized Support Center in order to constantly improve its performance.
IMPORTANT! – Product Registration.
Friendly Robotics strongly recommends that you register your product immediately in order to:

working correctly.

maintenance of both your Robomow and your lawn.

Operating Instructions
1.
The default settings of the GSM Module allow sending technical data from your Robomow
to the centralized Support Center. This feature of the GSM Module does not require any
additional configuration.
2.
However, in order to receive operational and security alerts from your Robomow, you will
need to install Robomow app on your mobile device.
3.
The Robomow app is compatible with all of the latest smartphones and tablets that fully
support the Bluetooth® 4.0 standard.

The app is downloadable for free, either from the Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore.
GSM Data Plan
•
The GSM Module comes with a built-in data plan for 36 months.
•
Approximately one month prior to the expiration of the current GSM data plan, you will
be offered the option to purchase an extension data package for an additional 12 or 24
months.
•
Purchasing information will be sent to the email address entered in the Robomow App.
(*) Alerts will be sent as push-notifications. You must allow push-notifications on
your mobile device in order to be able to receive the alerts.
