BOOSTING
Unit will not boost using the 12V DC Boosting/Charging Cable
• Make sure the AC Charging Adapter is disconnected.
• Make sure the Main Power Button has been turned on and the Operating Status LED Indicator Ring lights blue
in Battery Status (Standby) mode. If it lights yellow or red, charge the unit immediately.
• Check the connection between the double barrel tip of the 12V DC Boosting/Charging Cable and the Double
Barrel Charger Connector on the unit. Check the connection between the 12V DC Boosting/Charging Cable
plug and the vehicle's 12 volt DC accessory outlet. Rotate the adapter plug slightly to make sure there is good
contact.
• The unit may have overheated after long term operation or charging (the Operating Status LED Indicator Ring
flashes blue and red alternately). Unplug the 12V DC Boosting/Charging Cable and allow the unit to cool down
approximately a half-hour before resuming any operation.
• Check that the fuse in the 12V DC Boosting/Charging Cable is not blown.
• The vehicle battery may in fault condition and cannot accept normal charge current. Manufacturer
recommends taking it to a certified automotive service center for evaluation.
• If the unit will not boost the vehicle battery after taking the above steps and you have determined that the
vehicle battery you are attempting to boost is not damaged or defective, contact the manufacturer at (877)
571-2391.
Unit will not boost using the Battery Clamps
• Make sure the AC Charging Adapter is disconnected.
• Make sure the Main Power Button has been turned on and the Operating Status LED Indicator Ring lights blue
in Battery Status (Standby) mode. If it lights yellow or red, charge the unit immediately.
• Check the connection between the double barrel tip of the Battery Clamp cable and the Double Barrel Charger
Connector on the unit. Check the connection of the clamps to the vehicle battery terminal and the vehicle
chassis.

AREA LIGHT AND USB PORT
LED Area Light does not come on
• Make sure the Main Power Button has been turned on.
• Make sure the USB/Light Button has been pressed.
• Check that unit has a full charge. Recharge the unit if necessary.
USB Port will not power or charge the appliance
• Make sure the AC Charging Adapter is disconnected. The USB Port is disabled when the AC Charging Adapter
is connected.
• Make sure the Main Power Button has been turned on.
• Make sure the USB/Light Button has been pressed and held for about 2 seconds and then released.
• Make sure the USB Power/Fault Indicator lights solid blue. If it flashes blue, the USB port is in Fault Condition
due to low battery voltage, overload or short circuit and the charging port will automatically shut down.
• Make sure the appliance being powered does not draw more than 2,000mA.
• Some USB-powered household electronics may not operate with this USB Port. Check the manual of the
corresponding electronic device to confirm that it can be used with this type of USB port.
• Check that unit has a full charge. Recharge unit if necessary.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
All batteries lose energy from self-discharge over time and more rapidly at higher temperatures. When the unit
is not in use, we recommend that the battery is charged at least every 3-6 months.
Never submerge the unit in water. If the unit gets dirty, gently clean the outer surfaces of the unit with a soft cloth
moistened with a mild solution of water and detergent.
There are no user-replaceable parts. Periodically inspect the condition of adapters, connectors and wires.
Contact manufacturer to replace any components that have become worn or broken.
Battery replacement/disposal
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The battery should last the service life of the unit. Service life is dependent on a number of factors including
but not limited to the number of recharge cycles, and proper care & maintenance of the battery by the end
user. Contact manufacturer for any information you may need.
SAFE BATTERY DISPOSAL
Contains a lithium-ion battery, which must be disposed of properly. Recycling is required.
Failure to comply with local, state and federal regulations can result in fines, or imprisonment.
Please recycle.
WARNINGS:
• Do not dispose of the battery in fire as this may result in an explosion.
• Do not expose battery to fire or intense heat as it may explode.
12V DC Boosting/Charging Cable Plug Fuse Replacement
1. Unscrew the end cap of the DC plug (counterclockwise).
2. Remove the center contact and fuse.
3. Check the fuse with a continuity checker.
4. If blown, locate a replacement 15 amp fuse.
5. Replace the fuse, the center contact and end cap.
6. Screw end cap clockwise until it is finger tight – DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN.
7. Test for proper operation of the plug.
Other than the 12V DC Boosting/Charging Cable plug fuse, there are no user-replaceable parts. Periodically
inspect the condition of adapters, case and wires. Contact manufacturer to replace any components that have
become worn or broken.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1)
YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").
If there is a defect and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, the defective product can be
replaced or repaired in the following ways: (1) Return the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement
at manufacturer's option. Proof of purchase may be required by manufacturer. (2) Return the product to the
retailer where product was purchased for an exchange (provided that the store is a participating retailer).
Returns to retailer should be made within the time period of the retailer's return policy for exchanges only
(usually 30 to 90 days after the sale). Proof of purchase may be required. Please check with the retailer for their
