Problem
The fuse in the fuse
box is triggered.
Water runs out of the
device.
No water or only a
very small amount of
water runs out of the
discharge tap.
During use, an
unpleasant smell is
detected.
Warranty and Limitations of Liability
The warranty excludes any defects caused by improper use, calcifi cation, damage or repair
attempts. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
We do not accept any liability for damage or consequential damage resulting from:

Failure to follow the operating instructions
•
Non-designated use
•
Improper or unsuitable handling
•
Repairs which are not carried out properly
•
Unauthorised modifi cations
•
Use of outside parts or spare parts
•
Use of unsuitable additional parts or accessories
Keep the original packaging during the warranty period of the device so that the device
can be properly packaged up if it needs to be returned. The warranty claim will lapse if
any damage is caused during transport.
Possible cause
Too many devices connected to
the same circuit.
No error can be identifi ed.
There is too much water in the
water reservoir (6).
The discharge tap (13) is still
open.
The discharge tap is blocked.
The device is furred up.
Is the device being used for the
fi rst time?
Has the device just been
descaled?
Fix
Reduce the number of devices
in the circuit.
Contact our customer service
department.
Do not overfi ll the water
reservoir!
Close the discharge tap and
ensure that the lever (14)
cannot be blocked.
Clean the discharge tap.
Descale the device (see the
„Cleaning and Care" chapter –
„Descaling").
A smell often develops when
new devices are fi rst used. The
smell should disappear once the
device has been used several
times.
Rinse out the device with clear
water.
