2.2 Recommended Cables for Sensor Connection
Use shielded cables with wire gauge from 0.14 mm
(14 AWG).
Connect the cable shield to the X0 terminal at the SSW-06 on the CCS6
control board.
2.3 Insulation
The circuit connected to the sensors is insulated from other control board
circuits. Even so, all the sensors must be insulated from the energized parts
of the motor.
3. COMMISSIONING
Step 1: After having installed the PT106 board and connected its wiring,
energize the SSW-06 electronics;
Step 2: Enable the board and program the parameters related to it, according
to the needs of the application. Refer to the SSW-06 user manual for further
details.
Step 3: Verify whether the board is working through the temperature indication
parameters and the status LED.
4. STATUS LED
The PT106 board has a bicolor LED, which indicates the following operational
states:
Green
Red
Off
