"SMS" menu

 In the main menu, select the "SMS" option and open it with the right
control key "OK".
The following options appear:


"New SMS"


"Inbox"

"Outbox"

"Drafts"

"Settings"
 Select the desired option with an arrow key and press the right control
key "OK".
New SMS
 Select the "New SMS" option in the "SMS" menu and press the right
control key "OK".
A text message may have a maximum of 160 characters.
 Write your text message with the keypad.
Each number key is designated for entering several letters. The available
characters for the pressed key are shown along the bottom line of the display.
There are far more characters available than are printed on the keys (special
characters, punctuation marks).
PLEASE NOTE!
You can find a table with the available characters for each numeric
key on page 75.
Note that not all the characters from the table are displayed during
your entry. Some special characters are only available when you
edit a stored text message.
