ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Assembly preparation.
1. Remove box top.
2. Remove hardware box from bottom drawer and set aside.
3. Remove keys from top tray.
4. Inspect box contents using the parts list provided on
page 1.
Step 2: Attaching casters.
Using lock on the inside of the cart, lock drawers to prevent
them from opening. With the provided keys, lock the top lid
to prevent it from opening. See figure below:

Lock Drawers
Before tipping the cart, locate a soft clean surface to
avoid scratching the lid finish.
Using two people, slowly tip the cart over on its side,
then flip upside-down so that the holes for the casters
are facing up.
NOTE: Ensure that both locking casters are mounted on
the same end of the cart on which you intend to mount
the handle.
Using Nyloc nuts and carriage bolts provided, align
holes on the bottom of the cart with the holes in the
caster. Mount caster with the bolt facing in. Secure
caster with nut on outside of cart as shown in figure 2.
Repeat with other casters.
Once casters are installed, stand cart upright and lock
into position.
Step 3: Side Handle Mount Preparation.
Detach the top four bolts from the side of the cart
on which you intend to mount the handle. See figure 3.
NOTE: Ensure that the handle is mounted on the same
end of the cart on which you installed the locking casters.
