Recipe for a classic hamburger
300 g minced beef
2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
2 hamburger baps
1 tomato
Salt
Pepper

Season the minced beef with salt and pepper .

Form two equal sized patties from the minced
beef as described in the instructions .
♦
Wash the lettuce and the tomato .
♦
Cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and the
tomato into slices .
♦
Slice the burger baps horizontally .
♦
Place the patties in the preheated burger maker .
♦
Grill the patties for about 10 minutes, checking
the patties regularly until you are happy with
the result .
♦
Remove the patties carefully from the burger
maker with a non-metallic implement and place
them on the lower halves of the burger baps .
♦
Garnish the patties equally with the prepared
lettuce and tomato .
♦
Lay the upper halves of the baps onto the
garnished patties .
