Step 18 (OPTIONAL):
For maximum rigidity over adjustability, install optional FELT STRIPS in
WHEEL SUPPORT BARS. This means sliding holes in frame won't be effective to
change position
Step 19:
Attach HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE FEET to bottom of cockpit frame
