3.2 Fitting instructions
The motion detector insert (1) is installed in a mounting box
acc. to DIN 49073 (Fig. 9).
To prevent malfunctions, the connecting terminals of the insert
must be at the bottom.
Plug the motion detector attachment 'Komfort' (3) together with
frame (2) onto the insert.
Important:
For wiring of the insert refer to instructions of the respective
device.
3.3 Use of the snap-on mask
The snap-on mask supplied with the device can be used to
eliminate sources of disturbance by restricting the detection
field. The mask can blank out the left or the right half of the
detection field (90° in each case) (Fig. 10).
Snap the 90° mask (A) onto the sensor window.
Important:
Cutting out the mask for smaller angles will cause malfunctions.
