1. Go to Advanced Settings, Info and then About. If the device number is
all 0's and there is a blank where the Wi-Fi version should be then contact

which IS connecting to their Wi-Fi network, swap the faces over.
If the STRATA_HEAT Wi-Fi Thermostat fails to connect in the new location
then the thermostat face needs to be replaced.
If it does connect, then distance from router to the
STRATA_HEAT Wi-Fi Thermostat is the issue.
If the customer doesn't have a second STRATA_HEAT Wi-Fi Thermostat,
they can set their smartphone up as a mobile hotspot and see if the
STRATA_HEAT Wi-Fi Thermostat will connect to this network. If it doesn't
connect, the thermostat face needs to be replaced.
