Step 4:
Secure the removable rack inside the PC chassis.
Step 5:
Connect the power and data cable to the back panel of the
removable rack.
Step 6:
Put the removable box inside the fixed rack and use "Lock Key" to
lock it. When you push the removable box, raise the handle into
horizontal position. When you cannot slide the box any further, then
gently push the handle down and the removable box will be
connected to the inside rack.
Security Lock:
- When the power LED is off, you can release the removable
rack.
- Turn the key clockwise to lock the tray.
- When the power LED is on, you cannot remove the rack.
- Turn the key anti-clockwise to unlock the tray and power it
off.
For CMP-REMRACK30/35/60/65 only:
LCD screen shows the fan speed and the HDD temperature. The
temperature can be displayed in either "C" or "F" degrees. If the
temperature of the HDD becomes too high, or fan speed too low, an
alarm sound will be played.
Functions of the LCD display
The temperature can be monitored to about 90 degrees C. The fan
speed can be monitored from 1000 to approximately 9900 rpm.
When the temperature is higher than the value set by the user, the
LCD digits will start flashing and an alarm sound is played. This
stops after 30 seconds, but if the cause of overheating is not fixed,
the digits will keep blinking. The same goes for the fan speed
warning. If nothing is monitored, the display will show "- -".
