Troubleshooting / alarms
Problem
The gate doesn't open or close
The gate opens/closes a short way,
and then stops
The remote control has limited range
and doesn't work while the gate is
moving.
The flashing light is not working
The "gate open" indicator light doesn't
work

Possible cause
OFF No power supply.
Mains power supply present, but gate
1 flash stopped and waiting for commands. Any
external faults are not detected by the di-
agnostic LEDs.
Mains power supply present, normal
operation. Flashing LED in sync with
LAMPH FLASHING LIGHT.
1 flash No mains power supply (battery-powered
operation).
Maintenance request (alarm V0 on the
display)
Release door open
1 flash Permanent alarm (see ALARMS and/or
TROUBLESHOOTING).
