Interval Timer
•
Press INT to enter the interval timer.
•
The blue digits indicate the laps (max 99) the red digits indicate the
workout time or countdown time (max 99min 59sec). Two flashing red
dots indicate the workout time (otherwise: countdown remaining time).
•
Press EDIT to set the number of laps (blue digits).
•
Press EDIT again to set the workout time (red digits).
•
Press EDIT to save the time.
•
Press EDIT to exit and save. Press EXIT to exit without saving.
Optional: Press a number key to store the changed program on it.
Countdown Timer
•
Press the DOWN ARROW KEY to activate the countdown mode.
•
Press OK for Start/Pause or EDIT to set a new countdown.
•
Set the countdown and press EDIT to exit and save. Press EXIT to exit
without saving.
Optional: Press a number key to store the changed program on it. A long
beep indicates that the countdown has ended.
Countup Timer
•
Press the UP ARROW KEY to activate the Count-up mode.
•
Press OK for Start/Pause or EDIT to set a new count.
•
Set the count-up and press EDIT to exit and save. Press EXIT to exit
without saving.
Optional: Press a number key to store the changed program on it.
