What is biological CO
CO
is the main nutrient which all aquarium plants require in order to grow healthy
2
and strong. In doing so, plants provide the fish and other living organisms in the
aquarium with vital oxygen.
JBL ProFlora Bio80 and Bio160 produce CO
means, using the activity of harmless microorganisms. The substrate has a buffer
system specially developed by JBL to ensure a practically constant production of
CO
for about 40 or 80 days. JBL ProFlora Bio80 and Bio160 are simple and easy to
2
operate and do not require pressurised gas cylinders.
Capacity:
The size of aquarium which can be adequately supplied with CO
Bio80 or Bio 160 is determined by the carbonate hardness of the aquarium water.
