ATTENTION: do not fill over the level reference nut placed on the
brass tube inside the container (ref. 41).

Rescrew the aluminium stopper of the container, and make
sure the threaded surface of the transparent stopper in plex-
iglas is perfectly clean from eventual residual of sand: it is ad-
vised to clean up after the loading the thread (ref. 3) with a
normal small tooth brush.

Set up the pressure rotating the black pressure regulator, fol-
lowing symbols +/- (ref. 11), depending on the type of the pre-
chosen abrasive (2/3 bars). Select the flow of abrasives acting
on the on the pneumatic pedal of corresponding colour (ref.
19).
Maintenance
Substitution of the glass protection films
Remove the screws (ref. 43) and make rotate the two disks (ref.
the 44); push from the inside of the cabin the glass (ref. 45) up-
wards, and replace the sheet of protection (code 3109046 - con-
fection of 5 pieces) with a new one, fixing it long the 4 sides with
normal transparent adhesive tape, in a perfect contact position
with the glass. Then place the glass in the center making all the
operations to the contrary.
Substitution of gloves and sleeves
Extract them pulling towards the outside the blue rubber holder
(ref. 21); replace the glove and the sleeve (ref. 20) paying atten-
tion that the border of the glove is accurately inserted in the rab-
bet of the blue rubber holder. Place the holder again making a
light pressure.
Substitution of the nozzles:
Unscrew the nut of the nozzle to replace it, controlling that it is of
proper size in relation of the adapted sand in use, and fit it in the
appropriate site (ref. 25).
Substitution of the used filter of powders
Control the bag of used powders every 4/5 days and replace it
before completely full (max to approximately 2 / 3 of its capacity).
Do not re-use and do not empty out the used filters. When the
filter is exausted close it with a proper adhesive tape and waste
appropriately in compliance with your country rules.
Substitution of the motor protection filter
Check every two weeks the motor protection filter and clean it
by blowing compressed air in the same way of passage of the
sucked air. The filter must be replaced with a new one at least
every 4 months. This preserves the motor and the perfect operat-
ing of the apparatus.
Cleaning of the cabin: empty periodically the cabin of powders,
the rubber holders and the black rubber stopper (ref. 18) placed
under the base. Tilt the cabin in ahead, helping the outflow of the
sand with the hand towards the hole.

Guide to common questions
The apparatus is not turning on:

Control that the power cord plug (ref. 14) is properly connect-
ed to the electrical outlet.

Check that fuses (ref. 39) are not damaged.
The sand does not exit:
1
Control that there is air pressure at the air connection of ap-
paratus (ref. 28).

Control that the sand inside the container is of appropriate
size, and that it is not humid; if humid remove the sand with
a vacuum cleaner using the funnel in equipment as top of the
vacuum cleaner.

Control that the used nozzle is of diameter correspondent to
the type of sand. Little rubbles may interrupt the flow of the
sand. In this case plug with a finger the hole of the nozzle and
press the pedal creating pressure inside the container, there-
fore remove the finger. Repeat the operation several times
until the release of the culverts.
The apparatus is not turning on:

Control that the power cord plug (ref. 13) is properly connect-
ed to the electrical outlet.
The suction power is low:
1
Replace the recovery dust filter (ref. 10), and/or replace the
motor protection filter (ref. 7 - 8 - 9).
Carried out these controls, in case the apparatus still presents
disadvantages, contact the customers' technical service.
