TROUBLE SHOOTING
If your humidifier does not work properly, check the following possible causes:
Problem
The humidifier does not
operate.
The indicator is on, but no steam
is coming out of the appliance.
Steam smells unpleasantly.
The indicator is on, but the
appliance does not work.
The humidifier produces too
little steam.
The appliance generates
unusual noise.
The water tank lid cannot be
unscrewed.

Cause
The power cord is not plugged in.
There is no water in the tank.
The appliance is new.
Water is too dirty or has been in the
tank for too long.
There is too much water in the drain.
The converter is clogged.
Water is too dirty or has been in the

water content.

Solution
Connect the alliance to the mains.
Fill the tank with water.
Open the water tank and place it in
a  dark and cool place for 12 hours.

water.

brush.
