Teriyaki Salmon
Serves: 2 - 4
Set temp: 200°C
Set time: 10-12 mins
Ingredients:
2- 4 Salmon fillets
Teriyaki sauce
Meat Balls or Burgers
Serves: makes 25 / 30 meat balls
and 4 burgers
Set temp: Default
Set time: 15 mins per batch of
meat balls 20 mins for burgers
Ingredients:
150 g Minced beef
150 g Good pork sausages
Handful of chopped parsley
1 tbs Pesto
Seasoning
Directions
1. Marinade the salmon.
2. Place the marinated and drained salmon into the removab-
le pan (keep the left over marinade to pour over the fish at
the end).
3. Place the removable pan in the Low Fat Air Fryer.
4. Select: Grill function.
5. Adjust: TEMPERATURE 200°C and adjust the time to 10
mins. Start cooking.
6. When cooked the salmon will feel firm and the flesh will
flake and it will have slightly coloured.
7. When cooking is complete switch off.
8. Allow the Low Fat Air Fryer to cool before cleaning as per
User Manual instructions.
Tips: You will need to adjust the time according to the size of
the fillets. You can vary the marinade to suit your taste.
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until
smooth.
2. Dust your hands with flour and shape the mixture into wal-
nut size balls or burgers repeat until all the mixture shaped.
Put on a plate and rest in the fridge.
3. Place the meat balls into the removable pan, well spaced so
you may need to cook in batches.
4. Place the removable pan into the Low Fat Air Fryer.
5. Select: Grill function.
6. Select: TEMPERATURE default and the TIME to 15 mins for
meat balls and 20 mins for burgers. Start cooking.
7. It is advisable to turn half way through cooking for a more
even colouration.
8. When cooked they will have started to brown and be slight-
ly crisp on the outside.
9. When cooking is complete switch off.
10. Allow the Low Fat Air Fryer to cool before cleaning as per
User Manual instructions.
