5. Install the wheel with bolt through the spacer and
the frame (see Figure 7).

6. Install the serrated fl ange nut and tighten (see
Figure 7).
7. Install the hose bracket to the handle using the M5
bolts and nuts (see Figure 8).

8. Install the upper handle to the frame using the
handle bolts and knobs (see Figure 9).
