The following charging options are available:
ƒ Via USB mains adapter plugged into the mains outlet
ƒ
ƒ -Via USB car adapter connected to the cigarette lighter of the vehicle
ƒ
ƒ Via USB cable connected to a third party device with a USB output port (e.g. PC, laptop)
ƒ
Switch off the lamp before charging. To charge the IL300R work light, pull and turn the
sealing cap off the micro-USB socket on the rear of the lamp. Connect the USB mains
adapter / USB vehicle adapter with the IL300R, by plugging the micro-USB plug on one end
of the charge cable provided into the micro-USB socket on the work light and plugging
the USB plug on the other end of the charge cable into the USB socket of the USB mains
adapter or USB vehicle adapter.
Then plug the USB mains adapter into a mains outlet or plug the USB vehicle adapter into
the cigarette lighter of the vehicle. To charge the work light with a third party device,
plug the USB plug on the charge cable into the USB socket of the third party device after
having first connected the micro-USB plug on the other end of the charge cable with the
work light as described above.
Attention: while charging do not activate the lamp.
CHARGE STATUS INDICATION
The IL300R has a professional LED status indicator on the rear of the lamp (besides the
charging socket):
ƒ Battery charging: LED lights red
ƒ
ƒ Battery is fully charged: LED lights green
ƒ

ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

The device should not be discarded in the normal household waste under any circum-
stances. Dispose of the device via an authorized disposal centre or at your communal
waste disposal facility. Observe the current applicable regulations. Contact your waste
disposal facility in the event of any doubt. Dispose of all packaging materials via an envi-
ronmentally friendly disposal facility. Rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of in
the household waste. Return used rechargeable batteries to your dealer or hand them in
to a battery collection facility.

MAINTENANCE / CARE

In order to ensure that the device continues to work without problems, please keep the
charging socket free of dirt and contaminants. Clean the device only when the mains plug
is removed from the mains power and only with a dry cloth.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The information contained within these operating instructions can be changed without
prior notification. ANSMANN accepts no liability for direct, indirect, incidental or other
damage or consequential damage arising though improper handling or through disregard
of the information contained within these operating instructions.

GUARANTEE INFORMATION

The device has a two year guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to damage to the
device arising through a failure to comply with the operating instructions.
