Cabinet Constructing Instructions

● For proper operation of your range, the cabinets must be
properly constructed and squared with respect to the
counter top and the cabinet face.
● For proper operation of these units, the cabinet must be
level and the bottom of the range must be supported. Use
an insulated pad or ¼" (64mm) plywood under the range if
installing the range over carpeting.
NOTE: When planning the location, consider curtains
or other combustible materials installed around the
appliance so as not to create a fire hazard.
● All openings in the counter or floor where the range is to be
installed must be sealed.
● The floor anti-tip bracket must be installed properly. To install
the anti-tip bracket shipped with the range, refer to "Anti-
Tip Bracket Installation" section for the detail installation
instructions of the anti-tip bracket shipped with the range.
● Grounded electrical supply is required. Refer to "Electric
Connection" section.
● Maximum allowable wood cabinet temperatures of 194°F
(90°C).

Cabinet Installation

● The minimum horizontal distance(s) from sides and
top of appliance to adjacent vertical combustible walls
extending above the top panel. (Fig. 1)
