BEFORE STARTING THE COMMISSIONING VERIFY THAT THE INSTALLATION HAS BEEN
MADE CORRECTLY.
In order to start the distillation, please, follow these steps:
Open the water supply tap by allowing more than 60 L/H or 1L/MIN; until the water completely covers
the heating resistance.
Press the main switch (S) located on the front panel; The green light will illuminate. In the event that the
yellow light (L1) lights up, we will have an insufficient water supply. If this occurs, the Flow of water
must be increased until the yellow light turns out.
After approximately seven minutes, the boiling process will begin and the heating resistance acquires
a visible reddish color. The distilled water that is obtained will flow through the tube intended for it. See
step 8 of the installation section.
During the distillation, check that the drainage is always carried out as described in step 9 of the
installation section, since right drainage of the excess of water free of obstacles guarantees to maintain the
adequate level of water inside the boiler.

1.6.MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION! ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE CARRYING OUT
THE CLEANING OPERATION.
With the use, the lime may be deposited in the distiller, a film of this substance being formed that will
decrease the heating resistance performance. Therefore, the deposited lime must be cleaned with 20%
hydrochloric acid or with a commercial anti-lime product; which is poured through the inlet of the level;
leaving a few minutes before rinsing properly with enough water. The frequency of the cleaning depends
directly on the hardness of the water being used in the distillation process.
