Replacing the Propeller
To replace the propeller hold the blade and loosen the nut using the propeller wrench (Fig. D).
Remove the nut and propeller. If propeller is stuck, hold one blade by hand and tap on the back side of
the other blade with a hard blunt object. If necessary, repeat the procedure for the other blade until the
propeller comes off. If propeller pin is bent, replace it. Align pin (Fig. E) when refitting propeller and
tighten nut securely.

Note: Lock Pin must be in placed before install the
prop. we provide a spare lock pin for every motor,
please keep you spare parts in a safe place.

To assemble the propeller, place the Prop
Aligner Pin (1) into the little hole of the prop
bolt.
Place the propeller (2) onto the bolt making
sure to align the pin with the groove in the
propeller.
Finally put prop washer and nut (3) on and
tighten prop the nut securely by holding the
propeller with your hand whilst tightening the
nut with the propeller wrench.
