Castey products are manufactured under a highest quality controlled environment
with the best quality materials to offer Limited Lifetime Warranty against
manufacturing defects.
Warranted to repair or replace, any item found to be defective from construction or
workmanship. Warranty does not cover abnormal wear, misuse and/or damage caused
by overheating the product. Minor imperfections, surface markings, cuts and scratches
as a result of use and/or shipping, and slight color variations are normal, and not
covered by warranty. Cast Aluminum Cookware Limited Lifetime Warranty from date of
purchase to original owner with proof of purchase. The general guarantee conditions
for Castey products automatically become null and void in failure to follow the use and
care instructions.
USE AND CARE
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the product for the first time
and then keep it for future reference.
BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME
Wash it with a soft sponge, dry it and then cover the surface with a thin layer
of cooking oil.
If you have purchased one of our products with removable handle, ensure the handle
is correctly attached before using the pan.
ON WHAT HEAT SOURCES CAN I COOK WITH THIS PAN?
Thanks to its exclusive patented "Integral System" induction base, it can be used
on gas, electric, vitro-ceramic and induction cooktops. This base ensures heat is evenly
distributed across the entire cooking surface, offering exceptional energy efficiency.
This product is also oven safe but not recommended for broiler use.

OVEN USE
PRODUCTS WITHOUT REMOVABLE HANDLE
There is no risk in putting this pan in the oven. However you should protect your hands
when moving the pan in and out the oven. Not recommended for broiler use.
Remember that the products and the glass covers are resistant to oven temperatures
of up to 230°C / 450°F.
PRODUCTS WITH REMOVABLE HANDLE
Removable handles are not oven safe. Remove them before placing the pan in an oven.
Once oven baking is finished, you can use the handle to remove the pan from oven.
ON WHAT HEAT SOURCES SHOULD I NEVER COOK WITH THIS PAN?
Never put this pan in a microwave oven or use it on an open coal or wood fire.
STOVE TOP. BASIC PRECAUTIONS.
Never leave cookware unattended while cooking.
Do not allow pans/pots to cook/boil dry as it could damage cookware.
Never move the pan horizontally while it is in contact with the vitro-ceramic or
induction glass to avoid these cooking surfaces from becoming scratched or damaged.
If you are cooking with gas cooktops, don't let the flame stand out from the base of the
piece. It could damage the silicone handles.
We recommend switching off the cooking surface before handling the pan to move
it out of the cooking surface.
