TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Door is out of aligment
2. Door seal is damaged
1. Door is out of aligment

1. Grease pan is not properly
positioned
2. Grease pan is filled up with grease
and is overflowing
1. Halogeon bulb is burnt out.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Check outlet connection
2. Do not use the smoker and
contact the manufacturer
1. Check door hinge bolts to
make sure they are tight
2. Do not use the smoker and
contact the manufacturer
1. Reposition grease pan
2. Empty grease pan
1. Replace Halogeon bulb.
