Wall Mounted Scene Selector
Installation
For installing a Wall Mounted Scene Selector with Spacer System
Dimmers within the same wallbox.
Check off Steps as completed.
Step 1
Turn power off at circuit breaker panel or remove fuse
from fusebox.
Important Wiring Information
When making wire connections,
Twist wires
twist and trim wires to the proper
and trim.
length as indicated below:
Strip length: 3/8" (10 mm) for 14, 16, or 18

Note: Wire connectors provided are suitable
for copper wire only. For aluminum wire,
consult an electrician. Use to join the
following combinations:
One 14 gauge with one 16 or 18 gauge.
Step 2
Wire the Scene Selector.
Using the wire connectors provided:

Connect the ground wire:
Connect the green
ground wire to the green
White
or bare copper ground
wire in the wallbox. If
there is no ground wire in
your wallbox, contact a
licensed electrician.

Connect the black wire:
Connect the black wire on

the Scene Selector to the
LIVE wire coming from the
breaker panel.

Connect the white wire:
Connect the white wire on
the Scene Selector to the
NEUTRAL wire coming
from the breaker panel.
Wiring Diagram

Step 3
Mount and align control. Install Claro wallplate.
Align control.
Twist wire
connector tight.
Be sure no
bare wire is
exposed.
Step 4
Turn power ON.
Neutral
Live
ground wire
(bare copper
or green)
Snap on wallplate.
Tighten screws
until snug.
Operation of Wall Mounted Scene
Selector
basic Operation
Easy Scene Programming–Just Like a Car Radio
1. Adjust Spacer System Dimmers to desired light levels.
2. Press and hold corresponding scene button until Spacer System
Dimmer LeDs flash (approximately 4 seconds). Scene is set.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for all scenes.
Advance Features
LeDs -
Indicate scene
selection.
Fade to Off -
Press
and hold to activate
delayed fade to Off.
As Off button is held,
LEDs on the Spacer
System Dimmers
will begin to flash.
Each flashing LED
represents 10 seconds
of delay before dimmer
fades to Off (up to 60
seconds).
