The default reminder time for tasks and calendar
items is 15 minutes. To change this default:
Start > Calendar, then press Menu > Tools > Options > Set

Use a Bluetooth connection to send a calendar
event to another phone, computer, or device:
From the calendar item, press Menu > Send via Bluetooth.
Select the device to which you want to send the
item.

on your phone in a similar manner as you do in
Outlook on your computer.
Start > Messaging > (e-mail account) > meeting request
