• Attach the Adjustment Knob (39) to the Ab-Pad (12) as shown on
drawing (A). Slide the Ab-Pad Support Tube (10) into the Handle Joint
(3) and lock the parts with Adjustment Knob (36) in a suitable hole
position.
• Insert the batteries into the Computer (42) and slide the Computer (42)
into the bracket on the Handle Joint (3).
• The Ab-Pad (12) can be adjusted horizontally by moving the Ab-Pad
Support Tube (10) forward or backward and secure the position by
Adjustment Knob (36). It also can be adjusted vertically by fixing the
Adjustment Knob (39) on the backside of Ab-Pad (12) as shown on
drawing (A). By doing so, you can adjust the Ab-Pad (12) to match your
body size in the best possible way. Additionally, you may tighten the
screw in the Ab-Pad Support Tube (10) with the supplied hex key tool.
