For your safety, it's strongly recommended to lock the Nordic Walker when
it isn't in use or when it isn't folded. For this purpose .please align the holes in
the Rear Swing Arm (5) and insert the Locking Shaft (40) through the holes
in the Rear Swing Arms (5) to lock the movement of the pedals. Please do
pull off the Locking Shaft (40) from the Rear Swing Arms (5), when you want
to use this Nordic Walker again.
STORAGE

Unscrew the Adjustment Knob
(38) and fold the Handle Bars (6 &
11) downward. Fix Handle Bars (6
+ 11) by the Adjustment Knob (38)
to the nuts welded on the sides of
the Front Swing Arms
Left / Right (4). Note: Please do
not tighten these Adjustment
Knob tightly until you have
completed the following storage
process.
