Switch on torque tester to be used during the test:
57650 TORQUE TESTER SQ 1/2" 35-350 Nm
57652 TORQUE TESTER HEX. 27 MM 200-2000 Nm

Place the turning plate in the back position of the machine before starting the test.

Remove the safety plate of the pusher if it is in position.

Place the torque wrench in the position of the torque tester to be used. Use of one adaptor
could be require in order to connect the torque wrench square drive with the torque tester
Place torque wrench in POSITION 1 for using torque tester 57650. Torque tester 57650
has a square drive ½"
Place torque wrench in POSITION 2 for using torque tester 57652. Torque tester 57652
has a hex. 27mm drive.

The torque wrench should be in horizontal position by placing some support between the
torque wrench and the turning plate. The dimensions of the Support will depend on the
torque wrench and the adaptor used during the test.

Place the torque wrench pusher in torque wrench torque point (usually in middle of the
rubber handle). For moving the pusher assembly, loose the handle screw indicated in below
picture. Make sure rubber protection part is on position to avoid marking the torque wrench
handle during the test.
Before starting the test, the torque wrench should be not loaded, but should be the les gap
as possible between the torque wrench pushing point and the pusher. For reducing the gap, us
the ratchet system of the torque wrench.
By turning the handwheel (counter clock direction) load the wrench. Turning should be
continues speed, until torque wrench arrives to torque selected. Then stock turning to avoid
damaging the tool.
Once the test is finished, take note of the torque value of the test indicated in the screen of
the torque tester.
Turn back the hand Wheel until the torque wrench in in free position (no load).
Remark: For making correct calibration test, it is advised to follow international
standard procedures: for example, international standard ISO6789 or similar.
