IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
If you experience any of the symptoms of this condition,
immediately discontinue use and see your physician about
these symptoms.
Store fuel in a container approved for gasoline.
Store fuel in a cool, well-ventilated area, safely away from
spark and/or flame-producing equipment.
To reduce the risk of fire and burn injury, handle fuel with
care. It is highly flammable.
Add fuel before starting the engine. Never remove the cap
of the fuel tank or add fuel while the engine is running or
when the engine is hot.
Wipe up any fuel spillage. Move 30 ft. away from refueling
site before starting engine. Slowly remove the fuel cap
after stopping engine. Do not smoke when refueling.
Never attempt to burn off spilled fuel under any
circumstances.
Stop the engine and allow to cool before refueling or
storing the unit.
Never store the machine with fuel in the fuel tank inside a
building where ignition sources are present, such as hot
water and space heaters, clothes dryers, and the like.
Never fill containers inside a vehicle or on a truck or trailer
bed with a plastic liner. Always place containers on the
ground away from your vehicle before filling.
Empty fuel tank and restrain the unit from moving before
transporting in a vehicle.
Remove gas powered equipment from the truck or trailer
and refuel it on the ground. If this is not possible, then
refuel such equipment with a portable container, rather
than from a gasoline dispenser nozzle.
When fueling, keep the nozzle in contact with the rim of
the fuel tank or container opening at all times until fueling
is complete. Do not use a nozzle lock open device.
If fuel is spilled on clothing, change clothing immediately.
Never overfill fuel tank. After fueling, replace gas cap and
tighten securely.
If the fuel tank has to be drained, do this outdoors into a
container approved for gasoline and away from all ignition
sources.
Do not change engine governor setting or over speed the
engine.
