1. Protect the device from excessive amount of
water: this smartwatch is protected only from small
amounts of water such as rain drops or short spills.
It's forbidden to put it under powerful jets of water,
fully immerse it, or to wear it while swimming.
2. Protect the device from heat: do not install heating
devices near it, and do not expose to direct sunlight
during hot season for a long time.
Solution
Make sure that you've activated
Bluetooth, GPS, Location Services
with high presicion, WiFi on your
smartphone
Turn the smartwatch off and then turn
it back on.
