OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
TIMER ICON
• Press the TIMER BUTTON to set the countdown timer for the unit's main power.
• Note: The timer function requires the main power to be on.
• When the timer is activated a small TIMER ICON will appear lit next to the LED readout.
• Press the TIMER BUTTON to scroll up through the timer settings which are:
30, 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, 9H, OF. (30 means 30 minutes, OF means OFF).
• When the timer reaches the last minute the LED readout will automatically activate and show
the remaining time counting down in seconds. When the timer reaches zero it will turn the
main power OFF.
AIRFLOW ICON
• Press the AIRFLOW ICON to use the unit as a fan only (without heat).
If the heater is on, pressing the AIRFLOW ICON will turn off the heat.
• Press the AIRFLOW ICON to switch between high (F2) and low (F1) settings.
• Press the POWER ICON to turn off the fan.
• When the fan is running, you can press the HEATER ICON to resume the heat function at the
previous set temperature.
OSCILLATION ICON
• Press the OSCILLATION ICON to turn on the oscillation function , press it again to turn it off.
• The oscillation function will work with both the heater and the air flow fan only functions. Either
of these functions must be powered on before the oscillation function will work.
• The fan body will oscillate 90 degrees.
TIP-OVER SAFETY SWITCH FUNCTION
• If the heater is tipped or leaned over (25 to 35 degrees) the unit will immediately power off.
Return the unit to a level position and press the POWER ICON, the unit will return to nomal
function.
MEMORY FUNCTION
• This unit has a memory function that allows you to turn off the main power and retain the
function settings.
• If the unit is powered off by pressing the power button then powered back on, the last
temperature setting will be retained in memory. The heater temperature will be the temperature
of the last power off. If the unit power is disconnected and then powered on (such as the power
cord is unplugged then plugged in), the unit will return to the default temperature of 75°F / 24°C.
• When the unit is powered ON the LED readout will show the last temperature setting.
• To reset the memory, unplug the unit from the wall.
