This fan comes fully assembled and is ready for use.
1. Plug the USB connector into an USB socket or the power cord
with AC adaptor into a wall outlet. The adaptor converts a
standard household power source 100~240V AC to DC power
5.0V DC.
2. USB cable to power fan from computer, laptop, portable
charger, etc.
3. This fan can be used as desk fan and clip fan
as desired (Fig. 1). To operate, press the rocker
switch to the appropriate speed
option: O=Off, I=Low, II=High.
4. Tilt the fan body manually up or down, the
maximum tilt angle: 90°（Fig. 2）.
