IX. Troubleshooting
Problem
The unit can't connect to the device
A tone is heard every few seconds
The unit will not power on
Failure to control volume or tracks
through the unit
Precautions
• Do NOT drop, hit or shake the device.
• Do NOT disassemble, repair or modify the speaker yourself.
• Do NOT use cleaning products that contain benzene, solvents or alcohol.
• Do NOT expose the speaker to excessive heat or to direct sunlight for long
periods of time.
• Do NOT place heavy objects on top of the speaker.
• Do NOT use near a microwave oven or wireless LAN products.
Solution
Re-connect/pair the speaker to your device
The battery level is low, the speaker needs to
be charged
The battery level is depleted. The speaker
needs to be charged
Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode
®
for full control
