INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
It is recommended that the oven is placed on a rigid, heat-resistant surface. The
oven must be installed away from moisture, heat sources and areas containing
flammable materials.
The oven must not be built-in and sufficient space must be left between the wall and
the ventilation slots so that the ventilation is effective. Otherwise, the walls could get
burnt or become blackened.
03. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3.1. Precautions
The ovens reach high temperatures (over 100ºC) when they are used, meaning that
their external and internal components can be very hot. Therefore, you must not
touch the outside structure nor the oven door while it is in use or while it is hot. To
open the oven door, you must use the door handle, designed to not transmit heat.
The trays and internal walls also reach extremely high temperatures. If you are
going to handle the trays while the oven is hot, always use kitchen cloths or
adequate oven gloves. Use the selector wheels to regulate its operation.
It is recommended that the internal walls of the oven are not covered with tinfoil
and/or other products, as it can negatively affect the correct operation of the oven.
Never immerse the oven in water or in any other liquid as it can cause short-circuits
that could damage the product and even result in the death of the user.

3.2. Before the first use

Clean the interior walls with a wet cloth, hot water and neutral soap. Also clean the
accessories included with the oven, you can use a damp cloth with neutral soap or
clean them in a dishwasher. Carefully dry the inside of the oven and the accessories
with a dry cloth.
Before using the oven for the first time, we recommend that you heat the empty
oven with the door open for approximately 15 minutes. It is possible that during this
operation the oven may emit smells and even some smoke. This is normal and will
only happen during the first use. To carry out this operation, select 250ºC on the
temperature wheel, the position for two elements on the element wheel and last of
all turn the timer wheel up to 15 minutes.
