3.4. Assembly and use
To start to use the oven you must adjust the different selection wheels the oven
is equipped with; we recommend that you proceed in the following order. It is
necessary to activate all the wheels so that the oven starts to operate, when this
happens the pilot light will turn on (3).
3.4.1. Temperature selection
The temperature selector wheel (4) is at the top of the oven. Turn the wheel
clockwise until the indicator on the wheel coincides with the temperature you want.
You can vary the temperature chosen while the oven is in operation.
3.4.2. Element selection
This oven is equipped with two elements, located at the top and bottom of the
oven. Turn the element selector wheel (2) clockwise until you choose the most
appropriate option for the cooking you want to do:
-Position 1: in this position only the upper element will be connected. Indicated
for browning and grilling food.
-Position 2: in this position only the lower element will be connected. Indicated
for heating food.
-Position 3: in this position both elements will be activated. Indicated for
uniformly roasting food, achieving a better distribution of heat within the oven.
3.4.3. Timer
Once the temperature and the elements to be used have been adjusted, it is
necessary to set the cooking time for the oven to start to operate. The oven is
equipped with a 60-minute (1) timer. Turn the wheel clockwise until you reach the
cooking time required for the food. When you release the wheel, it will start to turn
slowly to the left, starting a countdown until reaching "0". When the countdown has
finished, a bell will ring.
If you want to reduce the cooking time softly turn the timer wheel anticlockwise until
you reach the desired time. However, if you want to add more cooking time, carry
out the previous operation in reverse.
To completely stop cooking, gently turn the wheel to the "0" position, the bell should
ring and the pilot light should turn off.
Once you have finished using the oven, we recommend that you leave all selectors
at the "0" position to avoid future accidental activation.
