9 Web interface
The Web interface is integrated in the KM2 Communication module and can be
run on an Internet browser.
The Web interface has the following functions:
• KM2 Communication module – status indication
• KM2 Communication module – confi guration
9.1
Menu
The menu column with all main menus and their corresponding submenus is indi-
cated on the left-hand side of the Web interface.
Note
The menu structure may change in later fi rmware versions.
The menu bar at the top of the Web interface contains the menu items Home
and Login.
Note
The indicated information and setting possibilities depend on the user
mode selected, see chap. 9.8 on page 26.
In order to use the Web interface to its full extent, login is required. In order to
log in, proceed as follows:
Î Click Login on the menu bar.
The Login frame appears. The user name is admin. The password can be found at
the back of the housing (Web interface).

Î Enter admin in the User name fi eld.
Î Enter the password in the Password fi eld.
Î Click the Login button.
