• For safety purposes, do not add excessive
amounts of food to your fryer.
• Do not touch the hot parts of the appliance
(observation windows/filter/walls etc.).
Only touch the handles and the buttons.
• To avoid any risk of electric shock, never put
the fryer, cable or plug in water or any other
liquid.
• Always unplug the appliance after use and
before cleaning. Leave the fryer to cool before
attaching or removing accessories, and before
cleaning.
• Only use accessories supplied with the
appliance.
• This appliance must not be placed close to
flammable materials (curtains, net curtains etc.)
• Do not move the appliance when it contains
boiling oil or any other boiling liquid.
• Always unplug the appliance before moving it.
• Do not pull the cable to unplug the appliance.
Always grip and pull the plug.
• For safety reasons, never leave the appliance
unsupervised while being operated.

• Do not use outdoors.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, their after-sales
service or a qualified professional in order to
avoid any danger.
• The appliance must be placed on an even table
or surface
• In the event of fire, never attempt to extinguish
the fire with water. Unplug the cable, close the
lid and smother the flames with a damp towel.
• When refilling the vat with oil, follow the Min
and Max levels indicated on the vat. Never use
the fryer if the oil level is not between these
marks.
• Before using your deep fryer for the first time,
carefully clean the aluminium vat and the
basket in warm soapy water, then dry.
• It is essential that you wait until the vat has
cooled before storing.
• Do not store your fryer outdoors. Store in a
dry, well-ventilated place.
