I
Anchoring to the fl oor:
1. Connect both of the fl at anchors (F) with bottom instrument frame (C ) by screwing them using 8 hardware sets 1 (G).
Threaded connections need to be secured with threadlocker (D).
2. Find the right place to assemble the instrument. Once the installation is complete, the substrate must provide adequate
cushioning properties and meet the requirements of EN 1176-1:2017.
3. Place the assembled frame (step I-1) in the desired position and mark the slots.
4. Drill 8 holes for anchors with a depth of min. 90 mm.
5. Remove the dust from the drilled holes.
6. In drilled holes, fi x 8 rods M12x110 (E) with a chemical anchor. Anchor on the foundation strictly according to recom-
mendations of the chemical anchor manufacturer, with special care and with regard to assembly data such as min.
depth and diameter of drilling and binding time. The upper surface of the anchor should protrude above the fl oor by
approx. 20 mm. Optionally, you can use M12 mechanical anchors (not included) to be installed in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions. The ends of the anchors and nuts protruding above the fl oor shall be secure in such a way
as to prevent injury.
7. After binding anchors in the fl oor, set the base of the instrument (step I-1) on the anchors and screw it with the 8x As-
sembly Kit No. 2 (H). Threaded connections to be secured with threadlocker (D).
II
Installation of the instrument
1. Put the high resonance pipe (A) and low resonance pipe (B) on the frame (step I-7) and screw it with the 8x
Assembly kit no. 1 (G). Threaded connections to be secured with threadlocker (D).

Aan de vloer verankeren:
1. Verbind beide platte ankers (F) met het instrumentframe (bodem C) door ze vast te schroeven met behulp van 8. har-
dwaresets 1 (G). Schroefverbindingen moeten worden beveiligd met een schroefborging (D).
2. Zoek de juiste plaats om het toestel in elkaar te zetten. Zodra de installatie is afgerond, moet de ondergrond over vol-
doende dempende eigenschappen beschikken en voldoen aan de eisen van EN1176-1:2017.
3. Plaats het samengestelde frame (stap I-1) in de gewenste positie en markeer de slots.
4. Boor 8 gaten van min. 90 mm diep voor de ankers.
5. Verwijder het stof van de geboorde gaten.
6. Bevestig in de boorgaten 8 doorsteekankers M12x110 (E) met een chemisch anker. Veranker aan de bodem volgens de
eisen van de fabrikant van het chemische anker. Volg daarbij zorgvuldig de montagegegevens zoals min. boordiepte en
-diameter en uithardingstijd. Het oppervlak van de verankering mag niet meer dan ca. 20 mm boven de vloer uitstek-
en. U kunt eventueel M12 mechanische ankers (niet inbegrepen) gebruiken. Volg hierbij de instructies van de fabrikant.
De uiteinden van de ankers en bouten die boven de vloer uitsteken moeten zo bevestigd worden dat er geen risico op
letsel kan ontstaan.
7. Na het bevestigen van de chemische ankers in de vloer, plaats dan de basis van het toestel (stap I-1) op de door-
steekankers en schroef ze vast met 8x montageset nr. 2 (H). Pas schroefdraadborging toe bij de schroefverbindingen
(D).
II
Het toestel installeren:
1. Plaats het hoge resonantiepijp (A) en het lage resonantiepijp (B) op het frame (stap I-7) en schroef het vast met de 8x
montageset Nr. 1 (G). Pas schroefdraadborging toe bij de schroefverbindingen (D).
