The NWTL-111-1P-V2 and NWTL-111-2P-V2 are user-configurable wireless lighting control nodes operating on IEEE 802.15.4, 2.4GHz wireless
self-healing technology. Each node provides On/Off and 0-10V Dimming control and power monitoring, and is compatible with the ANSI 136.41
NEMA receptacle. The NWTL-111-xP is an intelligent lighting controller capable of stand-alone or network operation. It uses zero crossing
circuitry for reliability and increased product life. NWTL-111 version 2 nodes provide support for Wattstopper 24VDC occupancy sensors.
The NWTL-111-1P-V2 operates at 120/277/347 Volts. The NWTL-111-2P-V2 operates at 208/240/480 Volts. Both are designed for
outdoor or indoor applications.
• Unpack the NWTL-111.
• Inspect the device for missing or broken pieces/components.
• Read all included instructions prior to use.
The NWTL-111 should be mounted in a vertical orientation; ensuring
vertical polarity is maintained with the antenna. Fixed antenna devices
must be mounted with antenna positioned vertically.
The NWTL-111 is designed to be plugged into the ANSI 136.41 twist-lock
receptacle. Proper alignment should be verified by ensuring the high voltage
prongs are installed in the appropriate (size-specific) slots on the receptacle.
Following installation of the NWTL-111, the light will turn on by default
until commanded by the network, unless an internal schedule is present
commanding the light off.
1. Turn off all power at fuse or breaker box.
2. Ensure that the supply voltage matches the lighting voltage ratings.
3. Wire socket as indicated in wiring diagram.
4. Installation must be in compliance with NFPA National Electrical
Code which requires both sides of an ungrounded single phase or
multi-phase line be broken (article 410-48) for lighting loads.
5. To install the control, firmly place it into the socket and twist it
clockwise until it locks into place.
NOTE: If the dimming function is not working, it is likely that a
proper connection is not being made with the terminals on
the NWTL-111. Confirm that the unit is locked into place.
NOTE: The NWTL-111 socket must be mounted using a weatherproof
washer.
