Operation
• The product may only be operated in a dry environment. It may not get humid or
wet, otherwise there is a risk of life-threatening electrical shocks.
• The use of the product under unfavorable environmental conditions must be
avoided under all circumstances. Unfavorable environmental conditions include:
ambient temperatures above 50 °C flammable gases, solvents, vapours, dust,
relative humidity in excess of 80 %, and moisture.
• Keep the remote switch and the connected voltage inverter away from ignition
sources or open fire! Explosion hazard!
• Ensure proper ventilation during the operational phase, never cover the remote
switch and connected devices.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTIONS
The remote switch FS-01/FS-02 offers you the possibility to switch your
voltage inverter on and off easily and safely even at locations which are
difficult to access. The 4 m cable of the FS-01/FS-02 provides a flexible
range. If required, this cable may be extended up to 10 m.
CONNECTION AND STARUP PROCEDURE
Connect the remote switch FS-01/FS-02 using the supplied cable to the
corresponding socket of your DSW inverter. As soon as the two devices
are connected, the remote switch is ready for use. The voltage inverter
serves for supplying the remote switch with the required current.

You may switch on/off the inverter both directly on the

voltage inverter and with the FS-01/FS-02.
Please ensure that the inverter is switched on even if only
one of both switches (on the device or on the remote
switch) is set to the corresponding position (ON).
If you intend to use the remote switch, the main switch on
the inverter must be in the "OFF" position. Then, you may
use the remote switch as required.
The inverter is shut down completely (without current)
