We guarantee the ArmaSport
dance with legal requirements, unless otherwise stated below.
Limitations on liability
1. No claims for damage to the ArmaSport
will be accepted, if the damage was caused by improper
use.
2. All claims for compensation - regardless of their legal rea
son, but particularly for breaches of duty arising from con
tractual obligations and unauthorised acts - are excluded.
This does not apply in so far as liability is compulsory by
law, in particular
• in the event of intent or gross negligence
• in the event of physical or mortal injury or damage to health
• according to product liability legislation or
• i n the event of breaching other important contractual obli-
gations; in this case any claim for compensation is limited
to damages typically incurred.
These above regulations do not alter the purchaser's burden
of proof.
