Long press the Power ON/OFF button
handset. Take out the alkaline batteries from the Door Unit and
then re-install again or connect to the power supply.

If the pairing process is not successful (the "

N.B. In case you are having two or more handsets as well as a back
gate Door Unit, always perform the pairing process with all Door
Units and handsets together and with the handsets being set in
pairing mode first.
Remember every time you add on new units to the system, either
handset or Door Unit (for back gate use), it is necessary to perform
the pairing process all over again with all the units together or
otherwise the new units will not work with your original system.
