OILING THE BLADES
Oiling your device is essential for the best result. It
also prevents overheating and significantly prolongs
the life of the blades and the device. To do this, there
must be a constant, thin film of oil on the moving parts
of the head.
CAUTION
Be careful to keep your fingers away from the
sharp sides of the blades to avoid injury.
To oil the blades, drip the oil onto the blades and into
the opening every 10 minutes (Fig. 2).
NOTICE
► Make sure that the blades do not run dry.
► Only use special clipper oil.

CHANGING BATTERY
1. Switch off the clipper.
2. To release the battery (4), squeeze the battery
lock (5) on both sides of the clipper (Fig. 3).
3. Carefully pull out the battery (4) (Fig. 4).
4. Insert the new battery (4).
WARNING
Do not use force during insertion to avoid
damaging the battery and the device.
As soon as the battery is correctly inserted in the device,
you will hear a click.
