FEATURES
1. Quick Start: Press "START" to start manual training. The default time that will appear is 30 minutes. You can adjust
this from 10 to 99 minutes. Speed and incline can be adjusted during use.
2. Training program (P1 - P12): There are 12 pre-set training programmes. The default time is 30 minutes, but this
can be adjusted. Speed and incline can be adjusted during the session.
3. User Program (P13): Users can create their own training programmes. First choose the training time for the pro-
gramme. Set the speed in the 16 sections of the session. Adjust the incline in the six sections of the session.
a) There are 16 sections to set speed and incline in the user program. The range for speed is 1.0-18.0km/h and for
incline is 0-15.
b) The range for time is 10-99min.
c) After all setting finished, press START to run. During running, the speed and incline in the current section can be
adjusted, but it will be retrieve to the default value when run in the next section.
d) The treadmill will remember the set value. The treadmill will run with values set last time if there is no new
parameters are set.
e) When the time count down to 0, the treadmill will stop automatically.
FUNCTIONS
· TIME: Displays the training time. The default setting is 30 minutes. When you start exercising, the timer starts coun-
ting down to 0.00. The time range is from 10.00 - 99.59 minutes.
· SPEED: Displays the training speed. Speed range: 1.0-18.0 km/h.
· INCLINE: Displays the treadmill incline. Incline range: 0-15.
· DISTANCE: Displays the distance covered during the session between 0.00 and 99.99 km, if no training distance has
been set. If you have set a training distance, when you start the session the countdown will start from the distance
set to 0.00.

COMPUTER
1.Keep the machine be lubricated before using, it
will prolong the life of this machine.
2.Switch on the power only after treadmill was surely
installed well, and switch off the power when finish the
exercise.
3.Plug the power cord into the outlet with safety ground
signal. Power cord of the electric treadmill is desiccated.
If the power cord is damaged, please contact with the
manufacturer as soon as possible.
4.Please consult your physician before using this
treadmill.
5.In order to avoid injury, please stand on the side rails
before pressing "Start" button.
6.Please pull out the safety key and stop exercise if you
feel pain, faint, dizzy and breathe hard.
7.Always wear proper clothing and walking or jogging
shoes during exercise. Do not wear loose fitting clothing
that could get caught by the treadmill.
