· CALORIES: Displays the distance covered during the session between 0.00 and 99.99 km, if no calorie consumption target
has been set. If you have set a calorie consumption target, when you start the session the countdown will start from the
target set to 0.
· HEART RATE: The monitor will display your heart rate during the session in values between 40 and 200 beats per minute
if no training target has been set.
BUTTONS
· START: Press the key to switch on the computer. If you press START during the session, the treadmill will stop and the display
will go into pause mode. To resume the session, press START.
· STOP: Press stop to finish the session. The settings will return to default.
· MODE: In the stop state, press this key to set time, distance, calories.
· PROG: Press the key to start the customised programme (P1-P12-U1).
· INCLINE: Adjust the incline and the settings flashing on the display.
· SPEED: Quickly adjusts the speed and settings that are flashing on the screen.
· VOL: Quickly adjusts the volume
· Safety Key: The equipment does not work without the safety key. If the safety key is removed during the session, the
treadmill will stop.

ERROR MESSAGES

Display E01
E01: There is a problem with the connection between the computer and the controller.
SOLUTION: Check the four-pin connector cable between the computer and the controller is not loose or
defective.
Display E02
E02: Shows that the voltage line from the motor is not being checked by the controller.
SOLUTION: Check that the motor cable is properly connected to the controller.
Display E03
E03: The speed information is not reaching the computer.
SOLUTION: Check that the hole in the disc of the motor is properly aligned with the light and the sensor.
Display E05
E05: Indicates that the belt friction is too tight for the motor to function correctly.
SOLUTION: Check that the belt is properly lubricated. if the error persists, contact the technical service.
Display E07
E07: Indicates that the console cannot test the signal from the safety key;
SOLUTION: Check if the safety key is in the right position.
Display E08
E08: Indicates the incline motor or the controller doesn't work well;
SOLUTION: Check if the wires for incline motor connect well, if the wires have no problems, then change
the incline motor or controller.
