15. To guarantee the safe operation of the
appliance, it shall undergo regular inspection
and maintenance, including preventive
maintenance measures, in accordance with
this manual.

17. WARNING! Disconnect the appliance from its
power source during cleaning or maintenance
and when replacing parts. The removal of
the plug has to be such that an operator can
check from any of the points to which he has
access that the plug remains removed. If this
is not possible, due to the construction of the
appliance or its installation, a disconnection
with a locking system in the isolated position
shall be provided.
18. Never use accessories other than those
provided with the appliance or recommended
by the manufacturer. They could pose a
safety risk to the user and might damage
the appliance. Only use original parts and
accessories.
19. Regarding the instructions for cleaning
surfaces coming into contact with food, please
refer to chapter "Cleaning and care".
20. The appliance must be installed, operated,
cleaned and maintained only by trained
and skilled personnel familiar with these
instructions.
21. Regularly have the electrical parts of the
appliance checked by a qualified professional.
22. Danger of electric shock! Do not
attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
In case of malfunction, repairs are to be
conducted by qualified personnel only.
23. WARNING! Do not disassemble or modify
the appliance in any way. Resulting fire or
malfunctions may lead to injury.
24. Protect the appliance, its power cord and
power plug against heat, dust, and direct
sunlight, dripping and splashing water. Keep
the electrical components away from hot
surfaces and open flames.
25. Always turn the appliance off before
disconnecting the power plug.
26. Place the appliance on a wide, level, dry,
clean and stable surface able to support the
combined weight of the appliance and its
contents.
27. Do not pull the power plug out of the electrical
outlet by the power cord.
28. If the power cord should overheat, stop using
the appliance and disconnect the appliance
from the electrical outlet.
29. The appliance is meant for commercial and
indoor use only.
30. Dry the appliance and all accessories before
connecting to the mains supply and before
storage.
31. The appliance is not intended to be operated
by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
32. Do not open the housing under any
circumstances. Do not insert any objects into
the inside of the housing.
33. Connect the mains plug to an easily
accessible socket, in order to quickly
disconnect the appliance from the mains
supply in an emergency. Pull the mains plug
out of the socket in order to disconnect the
appliance completely. Use the mains plug as a
disconnection device.
34. The appliance is not intended to be used with
a multi-socket unit. The power plug of the
appliance should have its own independent
socket. Using adapters may cause
overheating or fire.
35. Connect the appliance to properly grounded
outlets only. Avoid the use of extension cables.
36. The appliance must be properly installed and
located in accordance with these instructions
before it is used.
37. After your freezer is in operation, do not touch
the cold surfaces in the freezing compartment,
particularly when your hands are damp or
wet. Skin may adhere to the extremely cold
surfaces.
38. Never place glass containers in the freezer
because they may break when their contents
are frozen.
39. Do not store medical supplies in the
appliance.
40. Do not place the appliance in direct sunlight or
close to any heat sources, as this will hinder
the cooling process.
41. The refrigerant and insulation blowing gas
used in the appliance require special disposal
procedures. When disposing of them, please
consult your service agent or a similarly
qualified person.

1. Ensure the rated voltage shown on the rating
label corresponds with the voltage of the
power supply.
